文化创意园是文化创意产业集聚发展的空间载体,随着城市不断转型发展,文化创意产业园因其独特的开放性、融合性,除了具备设计生产、产品交流等功能外,其文化休闲旅游功能不断显现。RBD作为城市游憩商业区,是城市规划发展中必不可少的重要组成部分。本文以城市RBD为切入点,不仅体现创意产业园产业定位,更突出其与城市、文化的互动发展,提出了文化创意产业园的传统RBD步行街模式、主题公园模式、滨江文化休闲模式和传统文化社区模式四种发展路径,也为文化创意产业园的发展转型提出模式探讨。
