目的利用TiO2的抗菌特性,开发一种能够应用于口腔的无机抗菌材料。方法采用射频磁控溅射法在医用不锈钢表面制备TiO2-xNx薄膜,用XRD、SEM、EDS等测试手段表征薄膜的结构、形貌、组成,并通过覆膜法利用口腔常见致病菌考察TiO2-xNx薄膜的抗菌性能。结果纳米TiO2-xNx抗菌薄膜为锐钛矿相结构,氮元素质量比为0.13%,表面结构均匀致密,对变形链球菌、粘性放线菌及白色念珠菌的抗菌率分别为97.79%、49.42%和96.84%。结论纳米TiO2-xNx抗菌薄膜对口腔常见致病菌具有较强的抗菌效果,可作为一种新型抗菌剂应用于口腔临床。
Objective To develop an antimicrobial inorganic material that can be applied to the oral cavity by utilizing the antibacterial properties of TiO2. Methods TiO2-xNx thin films were prepared by RF magnetron sputtering on the surface of medical stainless steel. The structure, morphology and composition of the films were characterized by XRD, SEM and EDS. The common pathogenic bacteria Antibacterial properties of -xNx film. Results The nano-TiO2-xNx antibacterial film was an anatase phase with a mass ratio of nitrogen of 0.13%. The surface structure of the nano-TiO2-xNx antibacterial film was uniform and compact. The antibacterial rates against Streptococcus mutans, Actinomyces viscosus and Candida albicans were 97.79% and 49.42% And 96.84% respectively. Conclusion The nano-TiO2-xNx antibacterial film has strong antibacterial effect on common oral pathogens and can be used as a new antibacterial agent in oral clinical practice.
