从2017年起,新能源汽车在国际贸易中将拥有独立“身份证”。近日,海关总署发布2017版《商品名称及编码协调制度》(以下简称《协调制度》),与上一版最明显的区别就是,将新能源汽车首次单独归类,给了新能源汽车一个统一的国际身份。作为我国汽车产业的重要发展战略,经历了2015年爆发式增长元年、2016年转型发展之年,在未来几年,我国的新能源汽车将呈现一种更快速的增长态势。目前,我国新能源汽车出口数量有限,仍以新能源客车为主。但新版《协调制度》的出台,使得未来在国际贸易中,我国新能源汽车将有一个更有利的发展环境。
From 2017, new energy vehicles will have independent “ID cards” in international trade. Recently, the General Administration of Customs released the 2017 version of the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System (hereinafter referred to as the “Harmonized System”). The most obvious difference from the previous version is that for the first time, the new energy vehicles were individually classified and given a new energy vehicle Uniform international identity. As an important development strategy of China’s automobile industry, it experienced the first year of explosive growth in 2015 and the year of transformation and development in 2016. In the next few years, China’s new energy vehicles will show a more rapid growth trend. At present, China’s export of new energy vehicles is limited in number and is still dominated by new energy buses. However, the introduction of a new version of the “coordination system” will make it possible for China’s new-energy vehicles to have a more favorable environment for development in international trade in the future.
