目的研究MRP-1蛋白在结肠癌的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法,对50例结肠癌及切缘正常大肠粘膜组织进行检测,并结合临床资料进行研究。结果正常大肠粘膜MRP-1蛋白全部表达,结肠癌组织MRP-1蛋白的表达与癌组织分化程度、生长方式、浸润程度和淋巴结转移密切相关。结论MRP-1蛋白的表达与结肠癌的发生、浸润、转移有关,对预后的判断有一定参考价值。
Objective To study the expression of MRP-1 protein in colon cancer and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect 50 cases of colorectal carcinoma and normal colorectal mucosa tissues and to study the clinical data. Results The expression of MRP-1 protein in normal colorectal mucosa was all expressed. The expression of MRP-1 protein in colon cancer tissues was closely related to the differentiation degree, growth pattern, infiltration degree and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion The expression of MRP-1 protein is related to the occurrence, infiltration and metastasis of colon cancer, and has certain reference value for the judgment of prognosis.
