随着社会经济的发展和科学技术的进步,我国的建筑工程逐步走向发展正轨。建筑工程管理对于我国的城市建设和道路建设有着不可替代的作用,是连通工程建设理论和工程理论实践的桥梁。但是近年来随着建筑工程的突飞猛进,同时也产生了一系列工程管理问题,导致我国的建筑工程行业无法长久协调发展。因此,我们要加强完善建筑工程管理措施,逐步改善建筑工程管理现状。下面主要从我的角度对建筑工程管理现状和控制措施作出分析。 With the development of society and economy and the progress of science and technology, the construction engineering in our country is gradually moving towards development. Construction project management has an irreplaceable effect on urban construction and road construction in our country. It is a bridge connecting the construction theory and engineering theory practice. However, with the rapid development of construction projects in recent years, a series of project management problems have also arisen, resulting in the long-term coordinated development of China’s construction industry. Therefore, we must strengthen the management of construction projects, and gradually improve the status of construction management. The following mainly from my perspective on the status of construction management and control measures to be analyzed.
