Any financial services and products should have a clear and reasonable definition, and ultimately by the financial products sales or financial consumer protection laws and regulations. Compared with the wealth management products of intermediaries such as banking, trust and insurance industries, the contractual forms of asset management schemes or fund products in the securities industry and the fund industry are much more complicated. The trading mechanism and the regulatory process and the methods of the two reflect the huge difference. Such a wealth management market is bad for financial institutions and investors alike.
