闽台建设协进会是以福建人士为主组成的一个民间团体,成立于抗战胜利前夕,目的是为了协助政府应对台湾收复的种种问题。“二·二八”事件发生之前,闽台建设协进会与其他旅沪闽台团体一道为台湾的重建出谋划策,为要求改革台省政制问题和取消专卖及经济统制奔走呼号;“二·二八”事件发生之后,闽台建设协进会又联合其他旅沪闽台团体为避免使用武力镇压,尽快恢复秩序,重拾人心而竭尽全力。在“二·二八”事件60周年之际,本文试图透过史料的发掘和梳理,来重现闽台建设协进会这段几乎已经为时间所湮没的历史。
The Fujian-Taiwan Construction Association is a non-governmental organization mainly composed of people from Fujian Province. It was established on the eve of the victory of the Anti-Japanese War to help the government cope with various problems recovered in Taiwan. Prior to the “February 28” incident, the Fujian and Taiwan Construction Associations, together with other brigades, such as Shanghai, Fujian, and Taiwan, made plans for the rebuilding of Taiwan, called for the reform of the political system in Taiwan Province and the abolition of monopoly and economic control; After the Feb. 28 incident, the Fujian and Taiwan Construction Associations, in conjunction with other brigades, such as Shanghai, Fujian, and Taiwan, tried their best to avoid the use of force to repress the pressure and restore order as quickly as possible. At the 60th anniversary of the “February 28th” incident, this article tries to reproduce the history almost completely forgotten by time for the Fujian-Taiwan Construction Association through the excavation and combing of historical materials.
