目的研究20 nm银纳米颗粒(AgNPs)对脑胶质瘤C6细胞磁流体热疗的作用。方法脑胶质瘤C6细胞分为对照组、AgNPs组、磁流体热疗组和AgNPs结合磁流体热疗组。通过集落形成实验检测20 nm AgNPs对脑胶质瘤C6细胞热疗的效果;流式细胞术检测AgNPs对细胞周期和凋亡率的影响;HE染色检测AgNPs对荷瘤鼠磁流体热疗凋亡的影响。结果与对照组比较,20 nmAgNPs能够引起脑胶质瘤C6细胞G2/M期阻滞,并使细胞在接受磁流体热疗后凋亡率显著提高(P<0.05)。结论银纳米颗粒能提高脑胶质瘤C6细胞的热敏感性。
Objective To investigate the effect of 20 nm silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) on magnetic fluid hyperthermia in C6 glioma cells. Methods C6 glioma cells were divided into control group, AgNPs group, magnetic fluid hyperthermia group and AgNPs combined magnetic fluid hyperthermia group. The colony formation assay was used to detect the effect of 20 nm AgNPs on the hyperthermia of C6 glioma cells. The effect of AgNPs on the cell cycle and apoptosis rate was detected by flow cytometry. Impact. Results Compared with the control group, 20 nm of AgNPs could induce G2 / M arrest in glioma C6 cells and significantly increase the apoptosis rate of the cells after receiving magnetic fluid hyperthermia (P <0.05). Conclusion Silver nanoparticles can enhance the heat sensitivity of glioma C6 cells.
