记者:请吕国泉所长首先介绍一下近年来工会研究工作的情况。吕国泉:工会研究工作是工会工作的重要组成部分,全总一直高度重视。2005年工会领导干部高级研讨班专题研究加强工会理论研究工作,王兆国主席就坚持以理论创新推动工会工作创新问题提出明确要求。2009年11月全总制定了进一步加强工会理论研究工作的意见。中国工运研究所作为全总直属的专门从事劳动关系和工会运动研究的事业单位,同时使用“中华全国总工会劳动关系研究中心”名称,自2006年恢复成立以来,围绕全党全国工作大局和工会工作全局,围绕工会组织和职工群众关注的重大理论和实践问题,积极开展有关工人阶级和工会基础理论、劳动关系及相关法律法规、经济社会政策等方面的研究,为开展工会重点工作提供了理论支持和决策参考,为推进工会研究工作发挥了积极作用。特别是2010年,工运研究所按照全总的总体工作部署,围绕 Reporter: Please Lv Guochuan, director of the trade union first introduced the research work in recent years.
