海洋经济发展是21世纪人类社会发展的主要问题。如今东亚已经迅速崛起为世界三大经济重心之一,经济总量占了东亚地区的一大半,尤其是中日韩三国的经济牵动着整个东亚地区的经济走向。但是三国间双边贸易与合作较多,三方共同的合作还很不成熟,仍有很大的发展空间。本文指出,面对政治分歧、海洋权益纷争、法律冲突等问题,中日韩三国要想实现中亚一体化的目标,还需要各国间更多的理解与共同的努力。
The development of marine economy is the major issue for the development of human society in the 21st century. Now East Asia has rapidly emerged as one of the three major economic centers in the world. The total economic output accounts for more than half of East Asia. In particular, the economies of China, Japan and South Korea affect the economic orientation of the entire East Asian region. However, the three countries have more bilateral trade and cooperation and the tripartite cooperation is still immature. There is still plenty of room for development. This article points out that facing the political differences, disputes over maritime rights and interests and conflicts of laws, China and Japan and the ROK will still need more understanding and common efforts from all countries in order to achieve the goal of Central Asian integration.
