目的:对新合成的辛可芬衍生物C478、C479的抗氧化作用进行研究。方法:Fe2+/半胱氨酸和维生素C引起的大鼠肝微粒体脂质过氧化,H2O2及黄嘌呤/黄嘌呤氧化酶引起的红细胞溶血和膜脂质过氧化,ESR法。结果:C478、C479均能明显抑制由Fe2+/半胱氨酸和维生素C引起的肝微粒体脂质过氧化,其IC50分别为4.3μmol/L、4.1μmoL(C478)和7.1μmol/L、4.2μmol/L(C479)。并对红细胞有一定的保护作用,对·OH有一定的清除作用。结论:C478、C479有一定的抗氧化作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the anti-oxidation effects of newly synthesized Xinkefen derivatives C478 and C479. Methods: Lipid peroxidation of rat liver microsomes induced by Fe2+/cysteine and vitamin C, hemolysis of red blood cells and lipid peroxidation induced by H2O2 and xanthine/xanthine oxidase, ESR method. RESULTS: C478 and C479 all significantly inhibited lipid peroxidation of hepatic microsomes induced by Fe2+/cysteine and vitamin C with IC50 of 4.3 μmol/L, 4.1 μmol (C478) and 7.1 μmol/l, respectively. L, 4.2 μmol/L (C479). And there is a certain protective effect on red blood cells, there is a certain scavenging effect on the OH. Conclusion: C478 and C479 have some anti-oxidation effects.
