目的观察微型泵脉冲注射促性腺激素释放激素(gonadotropin releasing hormone,GnRH)对垂体惰性恢复的有效性,探讨其对下丘脑或垂体性性腺功能减退症鉴别的应用价值。方法低促性腺激素性性腺功能减退症患者10例,应用微型注射泵皮下注射戈那瑞林针10μg/次,90min 1次,疗程10~30d;比较治疗前、后血清促黄体生成素水平变化。结果治疗后第10天7例、第20天3例血清促黄体生成素分别达正常参考基值。结论微型泵脉冲注射GnRH有助于垂体惰性的恢复,可用于鉴别下丘脑或垂体性性腺功能减退症。
Objective To observe the effectiveness of gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) injected into the mini-pump on the pituitary inertia recovery and to evaluate its application in the differential diagnosis of hypothalamic or pituitary hypogonadism. Methods 10 patients with hypogonadotropic hypogonadism were injected subcutaneously with ganrelin injection (10μg / time, 90min once) for 10-30 days by microinjection pump. The changes of serum luteinizing hormone . Results On the 10th day after treatment, 7 cases were on the 20th day and 3 cases on the 20th day, serum luteinizing hormone up to the normal reference value respectively. Conclusion Mini-pump pulsed injection of GnRH contributes to the recovery of pituitary inertia and can be used to identify hypothalamic or pituitary hypogonadism.
