目的评价离子热疗仪用于孕鼠的安全性。方法选取SPF级雌性大鼠22只,均购自山东大学实验动物中心,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各11只。使用离子热疗仪对Wistar见栓孕鼠进行处理,对孕鼠的一般情况、生殖能力、胎鼠的生长发育及骨骼发育情况进行观察,评估离子热疗仪用于孕鼠的安全性。结果实验组大鼠的毛色、精神均无异常,实验组大鼠确定妊娠9只(9/11),对照组大鼠确定妊娠8只(8/11),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组与对照组孕鼠的生殖能力,包括窝重、活仔总量、着床数、活胎数均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组均无死胎及畸胎发生;两组胎鼠的生长发育状况,包括体重、身长及尾长均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组胎鼠均未发现骨骼缺损、增减、溶合、骨化迟缓等异常发育情况。结论离子热疗仪用于孕鼠是安全的,对胎鼠无明显致畸作用。
Objective To evaluate the safety of iontophoresis in pregnant rats. Methods Twenty-two female SPF rats were purchased from Experimental Animal Center of Shandong University and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 11 rats in each group. The use of ion hyperthermia instrument on Wistar see embolism pregnant rats were treated, the general situation of pregnant rats, reproductive capacity, fetal growth and development of bones and bone development were observed to assess the safety of ion hyperthermia instrument for pregnant rats. Results There was no abnormal hair color and spirit in the experimental group, 9 rats in the experimental group (9/11) and 8 in the control group (8/11). There was no significant difference between the two groups P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in reproductive ability, including litter weight, total number of live litter, implantation number and number of live fetuses between experimental group and control group (P> 0.05) There was no significant difference in the growth and development status of the two groups of fetal rats, including body weight, body length and tail length (P> 0.05). There was no bone defect, change, dissolution, ossification Delayed and other abnormalities. Conclusion Ion hyperthermia instrument for pregnant rats is safe, no significant teratogenic effects on fetal rats.
