目的了解当代中学生喜欢的教师形象。方法以龙野60个项目作为量表的基础,把选取333名中学二年级的学生作为研究对象,对中学生喜欢的教师形象做了问卷调查。结果通过因素分析抽取出4个因素,即尊重人性、对应个性、严格态度、外表形象。因素1(尊重人性)的方差分析结果是优等生和差生喜欢的教师形象有显著差异[F(2,301)=5.77,P<0.05]。因素4(外貌形象)的方差分析结果是男生评分显著高于女生[F(1,302)=6.25,P<0.05]。结论中学生喜欢的教师形象是尊重和理解学生、发展学生的个性、具有严谨治学的态度和美好外表形象的教师。
Objective To understand the image of teachers in contemporary high school. Methods Taking Longyao 60 items as the basis of the scale, taking 333 second-year middle school students as the research object, this paper makes a questionnaire survey on the secondary school students’ favorite teachers. Results The factor analysis extracted four factors, namely, respect for human nature, corresponding personality, strict attitude, appearance of the image. The result of variance analysis of factor 1 (respecting human nature) showed that there was a significant difference between excellent teachers and poor students like teachers (F (2,301) = 5.77, P <0.05]. The result of variance analysis of factor 4 (appearance image) was significantly higher in boys than in girls [F (1,302) = 6.25, P <0.05]. Conclusion The image of middle school students who like the teacher is a teacher who respects and understands the students, develops the personality of the students, has a rigorous scholarship and a good appearance.
