通过对一个一稿四投案例的分析,说明防范违规行为不仅要进行道德规范的宣传,还需要从体制上建立约束机制。CNKI为我国科技期刊体系的不断完善、有序发展提供了保证。
Through the analysis of four cases of one draft, it shows that preventing irregularities not only propagandizes moral norms, but also needs institutional establishment of restraint mechanism. CNKI provides a guarantee for the continuous improvement and orderly development of our sci-tech periodical system.
