商业企业出现“有问题商品”的原因是多方面的。第一是进货搭配,销售困难;第二是信息不灵,盲目采购;第三是商品更新换代,自然淘汰。总之“有问题商品”进来了,不论是客观或主观原因所造成,经营单位注定要吃亏的,必须及时处理,否则出现“滚雪球”,就会给企业造成更大的损失。但处理“有问题商品”要分别不同滞销情况,进行不同程度削价。假定平均削价20%,让我们研究一下其损失究竟是多少?
There are many reasons why commercial enterprises have “problem with defective products”. The first is purchase collocation, sales are difficult; the second is information insufficiency, blind purchases; the third is the replacement of goods, natural elimination. In short, “wrong commodity” comes in. Whether caused by objective or subjective reasons, the business unit is destined to suffer losses and must be dealt with promptly.
