目的综合评价大连市2014-2016年麻疹监测系统(MSS)运转质量。方法采用逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS)对大连市2014-2016年麻疹监测的8个指标进行纵向评价,对各区市县的7个指标进行横向评价。结果2014-2016年大连市MSS运转质量逐年提高,甘井子区、金普新区、旅顺口区质量较高,长兴岛临港工业区、瓦房店市、中山区质量较差。结论大连市实现了MSS升级优化后的平稳过渡,MSS运转质量较高;TOPSIS法综合评价MSS,结果直观可靠,具有推广价值。
Objective To comprehensively evaluate the running quality of measles surveillance system (MSS) in Dalian during 2014-2016. Methods Eight indicators of measles surveillance in Dalian during 2014-2016 were evaluated by using the approach of approximate ideal solution (TOPSIS), and seven indicators of cities and counties in each district were evaluated horizontally. Results The operational quality of MSS in Dalian was improved year by year from 2014 to 2016. The quality of Ganjingzi, Jinpu New and Lushunkou areas was high. The quality of Lingang Industrial Zone, Wafangdian City and Zhongshan District of Changxing Island was poor. Conclusion Dalian has achieved a smooth transition after MSS upgrade optimization and MSS running quality is high. The TOPSIS method comprehensively evaluates MSS, the result is intuitive and reliable, and has the promotion value.
