晋市政办〔2007〕86号二○○七年七月十八日各县(市、区)人民政府,市直各有关单位:2007年7月16日,我市高平三甲镇王家煤矿井下火药库发生火药燃烧事故,当班井下57人,有27人自行出井,其余30人经抢救出井,先后有43人送入医院接受治疗,6人经抢救无效死亡。事故发生后,国家安监总局、省政府和市委、市政府主要领导十分重视,
