本文研究了由阴离子表面活性剂组成的微乳液在纳米SnO_2气敏材料合成中的应用,研究了阴离子表面活性剂类型及肋表面活性剂对纳米SnO_2材料平均晶粒度的影响.实验结果表明:由AES或K_(12)和丁醇组成的微乳液可得到平均颗粒尺寸<20nm,平均晶粒度只有6nm左右的均分散SnO_2,用这种材料制成的气敏元件无需掺杂即具有较高的气体灵敏度.
In this paper, the application of microemulsion composed of anionic surfactants in the synthesis of nano-SnO 2 gas-sensitive materials was studied. The effects of anionic surfactant types and rib surfactants on the average grain size of nano-sized SnO 2 materials were studied. The experimental results show that the micro-emulsion composed of AES or K_ (12) and butanol can obtain uniformly dispersed SnO_2 with the average particle size <20nm and the average grain size of only about 6nm. The gas sensor made of this material need not be doped Miscellaneous that has a high gas sensitivity.
