急性白血病和慢性粒细胞性白血病(CML)一样为无性系疾病。CML急变期(blastic phase)的原始细胞常并发无性系演变。CML无性系演变中所见的畸变不是随机的,最常见的有额外8号染色体,17号等臂染色体和/或第二Ph~1染色体。关于CML的核型演变已有许多报导,而急性非淋巴细胞性白血病(ANLL)则很少研究。以前仅靠常规染色,研究表明急性白血病患者的核型变化频率约为1~2%。1976
Acute leukemia is the same as chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) as a clonal disease. The primitive cells of the CML blast phase are often complicated by the evolution of clones. The aberrations seen in the evolution of CML clones are not random, the most common being the additional chromosome 8, the arm 17 chromosome, and/or the second Ph~1 chromosome. There have been many reports on the karyotype evolution of CML, and acute non-lymphocytic leukemia (ANLL) has rarely been studied. Previously, only conventional staining was used. Studies have shown that the frequency of karyotypic changes in patients with acute leukemia is approximately 1 to 2%. 1976
