控制炉料分布是国外大型高炉的三项新技术之一(其他二项是超高压炉顶与槽下过筛),被称作使高炉高产低耗的一项最重要的不可缺少的新技术。大钟布料经向不够均匀,高炉大型化以后,炉喉与大钟直径越来越大,会使经向料层厚度与煤气分布更不够均匀。因此,需要适当大的焦批与其他手段进行调节。控制炉料分布不仅使炉料分布均匀,而且对煤气流分布起很重要的作用。
Controlled charge distribution is one of the three new technologies for large blast furnaces abroad (the other two are ultra-high pressure top and bottom sifting), and is said to be one of the most important and indispensable new technologies for making the blast furnace with high output and low consumption.
