目的研究菊科天名精属植物金挖耳Carpesium divaricatum全草的化学成分。方法采用硅胶和反相硅胶等色谱技术对金挖耳全草中的化学成分进行分离,通过理化常数及光谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从金挖耳全草中分离并鉴定了9个化合物,分别为天名精内酯酮(1)、天名精内酯醇(2)、11αH-桉烷-4(15)-烯-12,8β-内酯(3)、特勒内酯(4)、1-酮-桉烷-11(13)-烯-12,8α-内酯(5)、5α-羟基4-表旋覆花内酯(6)、5,6α-环氧桉烷-12,8β-内酯(7)、β-谷甾醇(8)、β-胡萝卜苷(9)。结论化合物5~7为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1~7为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of Carpesium divaricatum in the genus Asclepiadaceae. Methods Chromatographic techniques such as silica gel and reversed-phase silica gel were used to separate the chemical constituents of the whole plant, and the structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical constants and spectral data. Results Nine compounds were isolated and identified from the whole plant of Jinbei Erzhu. They were ceramide (1), celanexol (2), 11α-eucardin- 4 (15) (4), 1-keto-eucan-11 (13) -ene-12,8alpha-lactone (5), 5alpha-hydroxy 4- Lactone (6), 5,6α-epoxy-12,8β-lactone (7), β-sitosterol (8) and β-daucosterol (9). Conclusion Compounds 5-7 were isolated from this genus for the first time. Compounds 1-7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
