2007年以来,全国边检机关全面开展了提高边检服务水平活动,边检服务水平稳步提升,得到了社会各界的广泛认可。然而,笔者通过对提高边检服务水平活动开展情况的实践和思考,认为制约提服活动向更高水平迈进的瓶颈问题依然存在,必须采取有效措施加以解决。制约提高边检服务水平的瓶颈问题,主要有以下四个方面。一是以服务为中心的工作理念确立得还不够牢固。在少数官兵中,以服务为中心的理念确立得还不够牢固,有的人认为一味强调以服务为中心,弱化了口岸管控职能,降低了边检的职业地位,将对边检事业的长远
Since 2007, the border control authorities at the national level have carried out all-round activities to raise the level of border check-in services, the service level of frontier inspection has been steadily upgraded, and the system has been widely recognized by all walks of life. However, through practice and reflection on the improvement of border inspection service activities, the author believes that the bottleneck that restricts the submission of service to higher levels still exists and effective measures must be taken to solve the bottleneck. The bottlenecks that restrict the improvement of border check services are mainly in the following four aspects. First, the concept of service-centered work has not been established firmly enough. Among the few officers and men, the concept of service-centeredness is not yet firmly established. Some people think that emphasizing service-oriented blindness weakens the function of border control and control and reduces the occupational status of border control and seizes the long-term
