本文介绍了上海地区各聋儿语训点在上海市残联康复办公室的组织、领导下,自1990年起开展每年一次大规模的、集中的聋儿听力言语康复的方式、内容及结果的评估。4年来,先后对88名聋儿进行了评估,并对通过一、二、三级康复,进入普通幼儿园和小学的37名聋儿进行跟踪随访,发现通过一、二级康复的聋儿在学习成绩、交际、活动能力方面,都能达到优良或中等水平,而通过三级康复的聋儿中,大部分处于中等或中下等水平,(未通过三级康复的45名聋儿全部进入聋校).说明所用的评估方法能比较正确地估计聋儿的听力言语康复水平,有一定的实用价值,这种评估方式有利于鼓舞语训老师和家长的积极性,促进和推动语训工作的开展。
This article describes the ways, contents and results of the large-scale deaf children’s hearing rehabilitation conducted in Shanghai under the leadership and organization of the Shanghai Disabled Persons Rehabilitation Office since 1990 . Over the past four years, 88 deaf children have been assessed and 37 deaf children who have been admitted to ordinary kindergartens and primary schools through primary, secondary and tertiary rehabilitation have been followed up. Deaf children who have passed the primary and secondary rehabilitation have been found learning Achievement, communicative ability and activity ability, all of them reach the middle or lower level, while most of the deaf children who have passed the third level rehabilitation are in the middle or lower level. (All 45 deaf children who have not passed the third level rehabilitation get into the deaf school). It shows that the assessment method used can estimate the level of hearing rehabilitation of deaf children more correctly and has certain practical value. This assessment method is helpful to encourage teachers and parents of language training and to promote and promote the development of language training.
