研究发现,高频直缝焊接钢管的焊接热影响区(HAZ)性能是影响焊接质量的重要因素。影响HAZ的因素有很多,如何根据所生产的焊管产品来准确调整这些影响参数,从而获得良好的HAZ性能是人们长期以来研究的重要课题。介绍了一种开环控制的焊接HAZ控制技术,将经验知识与理论计算相结合,规范了高频焊管机组运行,使操作者能够更准确地了解机组的运行状态,用较短的时间完成焊管机组成功运行的参数设置。
The results show that the HAZ performance of high frequency straight seam welded steel pipe is an important factor affecting the welding quality. There are many factors that affect the HAZ. How to accurately adjust these influence parameters according to the welded pipe products to obtain the good HAZ performance has been an important subject that people have been studying for a long time. This paper introduces a kind of HAZ control technology of welding with open-loop control. Combining experience and theoretical calculation, it standardizes the operation of high-frequency welded pipe unit so that the operator can know the operation state of the unit more accurately and finish the welding pipe in a shorter time Set parameters for successful operation of the unit.
