工程科技人才在推动技术发展、社会进步中发挥着举足轻重的作用,尤其是当前创新型国家的建设更需要创新型工程科技人才。知识经济的浪潮、现代工程的发展、工程师成长规律使得工程科技人员必须获得持续的学习。由政府投资建设职训基地及支撑服务平台,实现职训基地、高校继续工程教育、企业内训、社会性培训等多元化方式并存的继续工程教育体系是满足继续教育发展要求的新型思路,也是“重构”我国继续工程教育体系的有益尝试。
Engineering and technical personnel play an important role in promoting technological development and social progress. In particular, innovation-oriented engineering and technical personnel are needed for the construction of current innovative countries. The tide of knowledge-based economy, the development of modern engineering and the law of growth of engineers have made it necessary for engineers and technicians to acquire continuous learning. The continuous engineering education system with the government investing in building vocational training bases and supporting service platforms to achieve the diversification of vocational training bases, continuing engineering education in colleges and universities, internal training of enterprises and social training is a new way of thinking to meet the requirements of continuing education development. “Reconstruction ” Our country try to continue the engineering education system.
