神经鞘膜瘤通常发生于髓外硬膜下,位于髓内者实属罕见.作者报告两例并结合文献中的16例进行讨论.例1,女,45岁,半年前从自行车上跌下,此后出现臂及肩部疼痛伴灼热感,并逐渐消瘦和出现左手苯拙.入院时诉颈～肩胛区痛,时左时右,左更明显.查:双上肢运端肌力减弱,左重于右,腱反射存在,但三头肌反射消失,左小腿远端肌力亦稍减弱,锥体束征(一),感觉正常.脊髓造影示C_3～C_7髓内肿块伴椎管不完全性阻塞,侧位片见椎管轻度扩大.CSF蛋白增高(3g/L).术中发现C_2～C_6脊髓肿胀,沿后正中裂切开脊髓.见一白色肿
