随着城市地铁的发展,桥梁在地铁中所占比重越来越大,连续梁比例也相应增加,挂篮施工工艺应用越来越广泛。由于地铁桥梁沉降、荷载分布的独特性,对徐变上拱、地铁桥梁的线形、结构尺寸等要求严格。同时挂篮构建繁多,不同工况各部位受力差异较大,工序衔接多,安全威胁大。文章结合西安地铁五号线高架桥施工设计,对地铁大跨连续梁施工工艺及线形控制进行阐述。
With the development of urban subway, the proportion of bridges in the subway is increasing, the proportion of continuous beams also increases, and the application of cradle construction technology is more and more widely used. Due to the subsidence of the subway bridge and the uniqueness of the load distribution, the requirements on the arch of the creeping bridge, the linear shape of the subway bridge, and the size of the structure are strict. At the same time to build a large basket, different conditions of different parts of a larger force, the process more convergence, security threats. Combined with the construction design of Viaduct in Xi’an Subway Line 5, the article elaborates the construction technology and linear control of long span continuous girder of metro.
