随着世界经济的快速发展,铜的需求逐年增长,铜市场面临资源短缺的巨大压力。全球矿铜生产企业在认识到铜砷矿床巨大潜力的同时,正面临含砷高、铜砷有效分离处理技术难度大、铜精矿砷含量呈逐年上升趋势的挑战。在此背景下,加拿大泰克公司与欧洲奥鲁比斯公司联手合作,以含砷硫铜矿和砷黝铜矿的铜精矿为原料,开发研制成功了铜砷CESL湿法冶金新工艺。CESL工艺对处理含砷铜精矿的同行来说,极具吸引力。2010-2011年期间,通过实验室、中间试验工厂提取铜、金银,以及残渣稳定性和金示范验证的试验研究表明:效果极佳,令人满意。
With the rapid development of the world economy, the demand for copper has been increasing year by year, and the copper market is under great pressure due to the shortage of resources. While recognizing the tremendous potential of copper-arsenic deposits, global copper and copper producers are facing the challenge of high arsenic-containing, effective separation and treatment of copper and arsenic, and arsenic content of copper concentrates increasing year by year. In this context, Canadian Tektronix and European Orrubias joint work together to arsenopyrite copper and arsenic tetrachloride copper concentrate as raw material, the successful development of copper arsenic CESL hydrometallurgical new technology. The CESL process is attractive for its counterparts dealing with arsenic-bearing copper concentrates. During the 2010-2011 period, experimental studies on the extraction of copper, gold and silver, as well as residue stability and gold demonstrations through laboratories and pilot plants showed that the results were excellent and satisfactory.
