从工业总产值占全球的份额、技术进步与劳动生产率、是否具备国际竞争力的制造业跨国公司三个标准看,中国目前还不具备成为世界制造业中心的要求。要想成为世界制造业中心,中国必须走技术引进与自主创新相结合、坚持生产现场创新原则、抓紧培养高技能人才以及重视零部件工业发展的路径。
Judging from the three standards of manufacturing multinationals with the share of total industrial output value in the world, technological progress and labor productivity, and whether they have international competitiveness, China still does not have the requirements to become a manufacturing center in the world. In order to become a manufacturing center in the world, China must take the combination of technology introduction and independent innovation, adhere to the principle of innovation in production sites, pay close attention to cultivating highly-skilled personnel and attach importance to the development of parts and components industry.
