不能因为招投标是产权市场一种交易方式就把产权市场简单并入招投标中心近几年以来,少数地方政府筹建“招投标中心”(以下简称“招投标中心”),把产权交易市场作为其下属机构,与政府采购、工程建设招投标、土地转让等一同由该招投标中心管理,并规定企业国有产权都要进入招投标中心交易。但是,这些少数省市的做法并没有在全国范围内得到推广,而且,不少设在招投标中心内部的机构——产权交易机构基本萎缩,形成名存实亡的产权市场。
