农吉利是民间治疗皮肤癌的一种野百合属植物。它的种子或全草经酸性65%乙醇冷渗,分离出两个生物碱。农吉利碱Ⅰ熔点198～200℃;[α]_D~(27)—58.6(C,1.02氯仿);元素分析符合于分子式 C_(16)H_(23)NO_(?)C_2-H_(?)OH;碱Ⅰ经氢氧化钡水溶液水解证明,该碱是由一野百合酸和下向千里光次碱组成;碱Ⅰ的红外光谱和核磁共振谱与一野百合碱(Ⅰ)亦符合,故确定农吉利碱Ⅰ为一野百合碱(monocrotaline)(Ⅰ)。

Hydrolysis of OH; alkali I by aqueous hydrazine hydroxide solution demonstrated that the base is composed of a wild yew acid and a downsole squaraine base; the infrared and NMR spectra of base I are also consistent with a monocrotaline base (I), so It was determined that agrochemical base I is a monocrotaline (I).
