新型飞机(包括改型的飞机)和机上的新成品都需做性能试验,定型试飞。飞机气密座舱的内外必须敷设一定数量的座舱内外连接导线(简称“内外连线”)。这些内外连线用以连接座舱内外的各个控制部分、电桥、电源、光线示波器(或记录磁带)、传感器、变换器以及成件等。对于内外连线的敷设,我们以前都是借用某些气密插头座中的空线或者借用某系统某设备的插头座,当连线根数不够时,在座舱气密框上钻孔,另行安装气密插头座。对于任何一种有气密座舱的飞机来说,这些工作都相当烦琐,而且解决的“内外连线”也不太多。安装新气密插头座,任务完成后还要补孔,长期使用后,容易影响座舱气密性,降低产品质量。当需要“外连线”根数较多时,用上述方法就难以解决。
