目的对广州市近3年来医院发热患者中布鲁氏菌病疑似患者进行血清学抗体检测,了解和掌握广州地区布鲁氏菌病流行趋势,为制定布鲁氏菌病的预防控制策略提供科学依据。方法对2012-2014年中采集医院发热患者中诊断为疑似布鲁氏菌病患者进行血清学抗体检测,采集患者静脉血3~5ml,分离血清做虎红平板凝集试验(RBPT)初筛和试管凝集试验(SAT)确认;统计2012-2014年布鲁氏抗体检测阳性率,总结广州地区布鲁氏菌病流行趋势。结果 2012-2014年共收到患者血清样本1 182份,检出阳性血清共238份,阳性率为20.1%;2012-2014年广州市布鲁氏菌病血清学检测阳性率分别为18.9%、19.6%、21.3%,总体呈逐年上升趋势;男性疑似患者的血样比女性多,男性患者布鲁氏抗体阳性检出率也比女性高;不同年龄组中布鲁氏菌病疑似患者血清学检出率不同,以40~50年龄组检出率为最高,为27.3%;不同职业人群检出率不同,以畜牧从业人员居多,为23.9%。结论广州市近3年布鲁氏菌病抗体检测阳性率逐年升高,布鲁氏菌病疫情有上升的趋势,男性病例多于女性,40~50年龄组病例相对较多,畜牧业从业人员病例较多;要加强布鲁氏菌病疫情的预防控制,做好高危人群的监测,对从业人员多进行布鲁氏菌病的宣传教育。
Objective To detect serological antibodies in patients with suspected brucellosis in hospital fever in Guangzhou in the past 3 years and to understand and master the epidemic trend of brucellosis in Guangzhou and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control strategies of brucellosis in accordance with. Methods Serum antibodies were detected in patients with suspected brucellosis in hospital during 2012-2014. Serum samples were collected from 3 to 5 ml venous blood and the serum was separated for primary screening and tube test Agglutination test (SAT) confirmed; statistical analysis of the positive rate of Brucella antibody detection 2012-2014, summarize the trend of brucellosis in Guangzhou. Results A total of 1 182 serum samples were collected from 2012 to 2014. A total of 238 serum samples were positive, with a positive rate of 20.1%. The positive rates of brucellosis serological tests in Guangzhou were 18.9% 19.6% and 21.3% respectively. The blood samples of male suspected patients were more than those of women, and the positive rate of brucellosis in male patients was also higher than that of women. The serological tests of brucellosis patients in different age groups Different rates, the detection rate of 40 to 50 age group was the highest, 27.3%; different occupational groups detection rate is different to the majority of livestock workers, 23.9%. Conclusions The positive rate of Brucellosis antibody in Guangzhou in recent 3 years has been increasing year by year. The epidemic situation of brucellosis is on the rise. There are more males and females than the females in 40 to 50 age groups, More cases; to strengthen the prevention and control of brucellosis epidemic, do a good job monitoring of high-risk groups, practitioners and more for brucellosis publicity and education.
