随着国际间企业竞争的的加剧,企业为实现长足发展,必须通过企业管理,团结企业内部力量,而企业文化,正是凝聚员工力量,优化企业管理的关键。基于此,本文通过介绍企业文化在对企业管理定位中的作用,在企业文化作为精神支柱、发展方向、树立品牌方面分析了企业文化之于企业管理的定位,以供参考。
With the aggravation of competition in international companies, in order to achieve rapid development, enterprises must pass the management of enterprises and unite the internal forces of enterprises.
