研究了无预磁化偏流的单边方式主动磁悬浮推力轴承的控制 .针对系统的非线性模型 ,应用状态反馈线性化方法 ,构造出非线性控制器 ,使得系统在大范围内精确线性化 ,然后应用线性系统理论对线性化系统进行综合 .研究表明 ,系统具有良好的静、动态性能 .由于这种单边方式推力轴承的电磁力线圈不需要预磁化偏流 ,与常规的差动式有预磁化偏流结构的系统相比 ,系统的功耗大为降低 ,效率显著提高 ,而且系统的温升及阻尼均大为减少
The control of single-sided active magnetic suspension thrust bearing without pre-magnetization bias current is studied. For the nonlinear model of the system, a nonlinear controller is constructed by using the state feedback linearization method to make the system linearly accurate over a wide range. The linear system theory synthesizes the linearization system.The research shows that the system has good static and dynamic performance.Because the electromagnetic force coil of the unilateral thrust bearing does not need the premagnetization bias current, compared with the conventional differential pre-magnetization bias current Compared with the system structure, the power consumption of the system is greatly reduced, the efficiency is significantly improved, and the temperature rise and damping of the system are greatly reduced
