教后记是教师研究教学,进行教育科研,成为研究型、反思型教师的捷径。为什么我们不能成为教育家?关键在于我们没有对自己的教学进行深入的教学反思。只有总结经验、吸取教训,我们才能不断地创新,不断地进步。实际上,我们每节课都有闪光点与不足,只是我们往往陶醉于每节课的成功,忙于耕种而不注意收获,所以我们一直很平庸。可见,教后记是教师专业成长的助推器,我们一定要高度重视教后记。
Teaching Postscript is the teacher research teaching, education and research, a research-based, reflective teacher shortcut. Why can not we become educators?
