病案资料是一种系统、客观地反映医院医疗质量、科研水平、服务态度和医疗经济效果的信息资源。在病案资料中寻求医院经营管理的现状及水平,提供对医院经济管理具有指导性的信息和建议,体现了病案资料对提高医院社会效益和经济效益的价值。医院经济管理的目的是降低运行成本获取最好的效益。病案资料反馈的统计数据及各临床科室收治的病种情况,是开发利用病案信息资源的重要内容。结合我院1998年的情况作具体分析。
The medical record data is an information resource that systematically and objectively reflects the hospital’s medical quality, research level, service attitude and medical economic effect. The status and level of hospital operation and management are sought in the medical record data to provide guidance information and recommendations for hospital economic management, which reflects the value of medical record data to improve the social and economic benefits of the hospital. The purpose of hospital economic management is to reduce operating costs and obtain the best benefits. The statistical data of the medical record data feedback and the conditions of the various clinical departments are important contents for the development and utilization of medical record information resources. Combined with the situation in our hospital in 1998, we will make a specific analysis.
