人才是社会发展的不竭动力,近年来各大艺术院校新办的动画专业教育如何与动画产业接轨已经成为一个新的课题。20世纪50年代初期苏州美专北京电影学院等院校就已经开设了动画专业课程,并且很多老一辈动画艺术家的作品在世界影视动画界享有盛名,进入80年代后中国动画进入低谷,高校的动画教育更是无从谈起。绝大部分毕业生不能胜任动画专业岗位。这些问题值得我们深思,对于一线的教育工作者来说不断完善影视动画专业的教学体系、课程标准、多媒体课件、教学方案以及开发实用性教材,为影视动画专业教学提供实践指导是我们的首要任务,这些工作有利于推进全国动画教育的发展,在教材编写过程中要以实践为主理论为辅重点培养动手能力,当今的动画教材应与目前动画专业领域最热门专业方向相结合,从而有效提升学生的创作能力、自学能力和就业能力。

In the course of compiling teaching materials, practice-oriented theory should be used as the focal point to cultivate practical skills. Today’s animation teaching materials should be combined with the most popular professional directions in the field of animation professionals so as to effectively enhance Students’ creative ability, self-learning ability and employability.
