技术创新网络组织在合作创新过程中存在相对稳定的组织惯例,且创新网络的各主体都在有意或无意地利用这些惯例来协调相互之间的合作行为。从组织间关系和组织间学习视角出发分析出互惠协调、知识控制、联合引导治理方式,运用多元回归对国内428家企业的调查数据进行实证分析,从网络层面研究在不同网络惯例情境下的最优治理方式。结果显示:网络惯例是影响技术创新网络治理方式以及治理绩效的重要影响因素;在网络惯例一致性和嵌入性水平都高的情境下,联合引导治理方式较有效;在网络惯例一致性水平高、嵌入性水平低的情境下,互惠协调治理方式更有效;在网络惯例一致性水平低、嵌入性水平高的情境下,知识控制治理方式较有效。
The technological innovation network organizations have relatively stable organizational practices in the process of cooperative innovation, and all the subjects in the innovation network use these conventions intentionally or unintentionally to coordinate their cooperative behaviors. From the perspective of inter-organizational relationship and interorganizational learning, this paper analyzes reciprocal coordination, knowledge control and joint guidance and management methods, and conducts empirical analysis of the survey data of 428 domestic enterprises using multiple regression. The results show that: the network practice is an important factor that affects the way of network management and the governance performance of the technology innovation network; in the situations where the consistency and embeddedness of network practices are high, the joint guidance and management approach is more effective; Under the condition of low embedding level, the mutually beneficial coordination and governance method is more effective; in the situation of low consistency of network convention and high embedding level, the knowledge control governance mode is more effective.
