笔者在统计和分析多种金属薄板圆孔翻边试验数据时发现,极限翻边系数Kmin与反映材料基本性能参数交互作用的组合参数r×n或r×δ(r——厚向异性指数,n——应变硬化指数,δ——延伸率)之间有极好的相关性,二者均可作为评价板材极限翻边性能的基本依据。提出以Kmin=1/(1+(1+r)δ)作为圆孔极限翻边系数的预计式,得到了几位作者(包括本文作者)试验数据的一致验证。
Statistics and analysis of a variety of thin-walled metal flange flanging test data found that the ultimate flanging coefficient Kmin reflect the basic performance parameters of the material interaction parameters r × n or r × δ (r - thickness anisotropy index, n - strain hardening index, δ - elongation) between the excellent correlation between the two can be used as a basis for evaluation of the ultimate flanging flanging performance. It is proposed that Kmin = 1 / (1 + (1 + r) δ) be the expected formula of the limit flange coefficient of the circular hole, and the experimental data of several authors (including the author) are verified.
