去年,我国集体工业企业年产值增长39.8％,其中,乡镇企业增长57.6％;其他类型企业增长64.4％;国有企业仅增长8.9％。然而,令人心焦的是,这种格局今年并无多大改变。 国有企业与其它类型企业增长速度的差距正在拉大。在这场阿基里斯和乌龟的赛跑中,国有企业显得越来越力不从心。有人预测,到本世纪末,国有企业的生产总值只能占国民生产总值的20％左右。 这种结果在目前的表现,就是国有企业日益贫困化。
Last year, the annual output value of China’s collective industrial enterprises increased by 39.8%, of which township enterprises increased by 57.6%; other types of enterprises increased by 64.4%; state-owned enterprises only increased by 8.9%. However, it is heartening that this pattern has not changed much this year. The gap between the growth rate of state-owned enterprises and other types of enterprises is widening. In this Achilles and Turtles race, state-owned enterprises are becoming more and more powerless. Some people predict that by the end of this century, state-owned enterprises’ GDP can only account for about 20% of the gross national product. The current performance of this result is that state-owned enterprises are increasingly impoverished.
