过去20年,从全世界范围看,集成电路得到了迅速的发展。从60年代中的简单门电路和运放等产品开始,经历了70年代以微处理器和模拟数字转换器为代表的发展。在80年代的今天,多兆位高速静态存贮器标志着数字电路的进展,新电子产品开发的广泛需要,促进了专用集成电路的迅猛发展。在上述集成电路的发展中,集成电路的计算机模拟技术已起了重要作用。
Over the past two decades, integrated circuits have seen rapid growth worldwide. From the 60’s in the simple door circuit and op amp and other products began to experience the 70’s microprocessor and analog-digital converter as the representative of the development. Today, in the 1980s, multi-megabit high-speed static memory signals the progress of digital circuits and the widespread need for new electronic product development, driving the rapid growth of application-specific integrated circuits.
