In the increasingly fierce market competition, how companies can improve their market competitiveness and occupy more markets is always the most important task for operators to study. The author has explored the way in which some chemical fiber companies operate in China, and this article discusses this briefly. 1 It is a practice adopted by many operators to improve quality and reduce consumption, increase revenue and reduce expenditures. On the one hand, improving quality allows users to rest assured and satisfied, to stabilize market share; on the other hand, to reduce consumption and reduce costs, and accordingly lower prices to expand market share. When the market is low, the products are slow-moving, the prices are falling, and the sales revenue is declining. In fact, it is not easy to increase revenues, and many companies do everything possible to tap potentials and reduce consumption, achieving certain results. 2. Flexible and adaptable to market changes
