滥采滥挖滥排是隐患的根源甘溪河是湖南省郴州市境内陶家河在临武的别名,属于湘江二级支流,河水经临武、嘉禾、桂阳三县,全长42.38公里。然而近年来,随着临武三十六湾和香花岭矿区采矿、洗矿的泛滥,成千上万吨的矿渣、尾砂及选矿污水直接排入,导致河道堵塞、河水污染严重,当地居民的饮用水源十分困难,并存在严重的安全隐患。
