食品安全是关系到国计民生的大问题,已经引起了全社会的广泛关注。当前,我国食品安全监管具有分段式、交叉化、运动型等特点,这直接造成了我国食品监管的缺位、失范、低效。随着现代物流体系的飞速发展和新兴科技在食品供应领域的广泛应用,我国食品安全监管面临严峻挑战,因此必须加快形成以强化中央监管、完善法律制度、建立信用体系、健全网络监管组成的“四位一体”监管策略,确保国家的食品安全。
Food safety is a big issue that concerns the national economy and the people’s livelihood and has aroused widespread concern in the whole society. At present, China’s food safety regulation has the characteristics of segmented, cross-sectional and sporty, which directly causes the absence, inefficiency and inefficiency of China’s food regulation. With the rapid development of modern logistics system and the extensive application of emerging technologies in the field of food supply, China’s food safety supervision is facing severe challenges. Therefore, it is necessary to speed up the formation of a system that strengthens the supervision of the central government, improves the legal system, establishes a credit system, “Four in One” regulatory strategy to ensure the country’s food safety.
