大鼠中脑上端切断模型30只,随机等分为A、B、C3组,经尾静脉分别注入蝎毒素Ⅳ(SVC-Ⅳ)130μg/kg,吗啡600μg/kg及生理盐水,以大鼠缩腿潜伏期和屈肌反射为测痛指标,观察SVC-Ⅳ尾静脉注入后的镇痛作用并与吗啡的作用进行比较。结果:A组SVC-Ⅳ注入后30min之内缩腿潜伏期明显延长,20min左右延长最明显,屈肌反射A波波幅于10~40min内明显受到压抑,20min左右最大A波抑制率为(96.1±8.9)%;B组吗啡注入后A波波幅的压抑限于10~40min,30minA波最大抑制率为(87.4±8.2)%;C组屈肌反射无明显变化。结果提示:SVC-Ⅳ静脉给药具有镇痛作用,其镇痛作用强于吗啡。
Thirty rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: A, B and C3 groups.
