职业教育中开展校企合作早已达成了共识,但校企合作的总体现状并不令人满意,尤其是对高职小专业而言,政府和学校重视度不足,开展校企合作会更加艰难。企业参与教学必须要有自己的利益,高职小专业必须在尊重企业利益的基础上,开展简单易行的校企合作会比较容易获得成功。
The consensus on school-enterprise cooperation has long been reached in vocational education. However, the overall status of school-enterprise cooperation is unsatisfactory. Especially for the small-scale higher vocational education, the government and schools have paid insufficient attention to cooperation between schools and enterprises. Enterprises must have their own interests in teaching, higher vocational and small professional must respect the interests of enterprises based on the implementation of simple school-enterprise cooperation will be relatively easy to be successful.
