To the editor:Leprosy is rarely seen in dermatology clinics,thus it is easily misdiagnosed when presented as erythema.Our first patient presented with sole red plaques on the left ear with numbness,and the second patient presented with generalized ill-demarcated plaques.They were respectively diagnosed as tuberculoid leprosy and borderline leprosy.
