宽带砂光机磨削时当磨削厚度较大或工件尺寸小、质量轻时,工件极易发生反弹。为了从根本上解决这一问题,在测定工件与进料带摩擦系数的基础上,通过对磨削过程中磨削力、法向力和正压力的受力平衡分析,寻求一个最小正压力,从而使工件能够顺利进给。本文分析了选用不同的橡胶进料带,在不同材种、不同的磨削厚度时工件受力情况,确定了工件进给所需的最小正压力,实现了磨削正压力和橡胶带的优化配置。
